A elderly lady from Lake Highlands was knocked down and robbed in broad daylight in front of the Dollar Mart beside Wal-mart last friday. I understand this is the 3rd time in the last 2 weeks. Please use caution and be aware of the people in the parking lots in this areas. This could be you next time. Concerned Neighbor
